Supporting working parents to thrive
We’re passionate about helping create workplaces where people can thrive.
Parenthood is not a one-time event; it’s an ongoing journey filled with evolving challenges, expectations, and learning opportunities. Through both the insights we’ve gained working with organisations and individuals and our own experiences as 3 working mums, we understand that being a parent at work is dynamic and multifaceted. It’s about more than navigating the early days of parenthood. It's about sustaining success, resilience, and growth throughout a lifetime of transitions.
By recognising that the needs of parents evolve over time and tailoring support to these realities, we help employers to put meaningful support in place for working parents to unlock the potential of their workforce.
Our mission is to enable parents to succeed at work without compromising their personal values or relationships, ultimately benefiting everyone.
The business case to pay attention to
Working parents are a significant proportion of the workforce and are at increased risk of stress.
Research tells us organisations are at risk of losing talented people if they don’t seek to understand how they can better support them.

74% of families need two working parents
How we work with organisations
Through bespoke consulting, training and coaching, we help organisations identify opportunities to enhance their employees’ experience of work.
We will partner with you to identify the right solutions to meet your needs - whether that’s collaborating with your HR team, building awareness and skills of your leaders, or supporting working parents through key transitions with coaching.
-
Leaders
Through bespoke training and coaching, we can help to empower leaders and managers to create inclusive and supportive environments for working parents. We do this through building awareness of the stages and experiences of working parents, addressing unconscious biases and stigmas that may arise and developing critical skills such as effective communication, empathy and a flexible mindset. Leaders will learn practical strategies for smooth handovers, fostering confidence in parental returners, and creating flexible work environments that enable sustained success for their teams.
-
HR
We collaborate with HR professionals to implement best practice solutions and policies that truly support parents at every stage of their journey. By sharing our insights on the evolving needs of working parents, we help HR teams build frameworks that minimise bias, foster inclusivity, and ensure a seamless transition for employees. Our approach ensures that HR teams are equipped to champion a culture of flexibility, empathy, and long-term growth.

Parents
Through 1:1 coaching, we work with parents to enable them to thrive at work while nurturing their relationships at home, fostering resilience and growth through every stage of their journey. Whether they’re preparing for parental leave, returning to the workforce, or navigating one of the many transitions throughout parenthood, our coaching will focus on equipping them with practical tools and strategies to manage challenges, navigate change and confidently move forward while maintaining their personal and professional values.
