Lynne Crawford
I’m Lynne, a multi-sector, commercially focused People Professional, a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a trustee of the charity, Neighbourhood Networks.
With close to 20 years’ experience across multiple sectors including Financial Services, Third Sector and the Defence Industry, I am a specialist in HR, Project Management, Redundancy, TUPE & Mediation.
I have extensive change and transformation programme experience with large organisations like Atos, Babcock and BAE Systems, and led a programme which saved over £16m in a unionised organisation.
I went self-employed in 2019 with a dream of creating a better work / life balance for myself and my family, to share my HR skills with organisations I’m passionate about, and ultimately make a difference.
As a People & Culture Professional, I put people before processes and drive performance through learning. Demonstrating this approach, I published my first book in 2024 called, The Petriarchy®. Since its publication date, The Petriarchy has become a learning resource for Teachers and Parents in tackling the rise of misogyny in schools and is available at all Libraries within Fife, Scotland. Further to this, The Petriarchy has been listed by Fife Violence Against Women Partnership as one of their 16 Days of Activism’s 16 Recommended Reads.
Using my skillset in transformational change, I adopt a transformational leadership approach to inspire and empower people to contribute to innovation.
