Becky Hain

You could say I'm a bit of a zig-zagger. My career has taken me through diverse industries and experiences, driven by an eagerness to build new skills and embrace new challenges.  

From the publishing industry to dairy manufacturing, from SMEs to global organisations, I’ve been fortunate to live and work in the UK, Australia and New Zealand.

The common thread throughout my journey? A deep focus on understanding people's needs and shaping positive workplace experiences. From executive support, to leading global employee engagement strategy and delivering OD programmes and change initiatives, I’ve worked closely with teams to truly understand their challenges and co-create solutions that work.  

When it comes to leading change, I believe getting communication right is imperative. I'm passionate about helping businesses tell the story behind big decisions and guiding employees through change, with integrity, transparency and care.  

With many years spent in the corporate world, I’ve experienced both the highs and lows. The lessons were steep, but the learning was invaluable. Now, alongside my fellow Co-Founders, I’m committed to shaping work experiences where success isn’t dependent on burnout and unrealistic expectations, but on creating sustainable productivity and meaningful employee experiences.

Having returned to the UK in 2023 after 9 fabulous years in NZ, I’m thrilled to join forces with Beth and Katie. Together, we’re excited to partner with you to bring this ethos into your organisation. 

Outside of work, my daughters, Lily and Aila, keep me on my toes! I’m also completing a Diploma in Counselling, combining my passion for fostering positive change with a deeper exploration of human behaviour.
